Question

is this the same product as the sample i recd called Cleanance--Soap- free facial gel cleanser?

I liked this sample but cant tell if this is the same thing. not sure if it foams up or what.

I agree with Monroe's answer-- it sounds like the sample you received was for the Avene Cleanance Soapless Gel Cleanser (also available on SkinStore.com). I haven't used the Avene Gentle Gel Cleanser yet, so I can't speak for that one. But the Avene Cleanance Soapless Gel Cleanser is one of my favorites. When you use it as directed and add the right amount of water, you can make it very foamy. Another one of my new favorites is the Cosmedicine Healthy Cleanse Foaming Cleanser and Toner in One. That one comes in a pump and comes out as a foam right away. (The product doesn't last as long as the Avene Cleanance though.)

No it's not. That is a separate cleanser called Avene Cleanance Soap-Free Gel Cleanser.
