Question

Anyone else had problems with this product losing all of its charge while sitting for a couple of months on their shelf?

Was trying to use up my other products before launching into this one, which I was really looking forward do. I'd only used it 2 or 3 times. Picked it up this morning and found it had lost its charge completely so I had to just throw it away. Did I just get a bad bottle or is anyone else having this problem?
